El mejor restaurante vegetariano/vegano en el que he estado ! Desde la cálida bienvenida de parte del staff, cómo está ambientado el sitio lleno de plantas por todos lados que durante el día se puede apreciar la luz natural mientras de noche se vuelve más acogedor con luces bajas, la variedad en el menú, los ingredientes de alta calidad y la presentación que lleva cada plato, todo es maravilloso ! Hay que recalcar también que son pet friendly 🐶 Todo el equipo es súper amable, servicial, hablan varios idiomas, te asesoran con los platillos y cada vez que traen uno a la mesa te explican qué es lo que lleva exactamente. Se nota la pasión que hay detrás junto con el amor reflejado en cada detalle. Es una experiencia que recomiendo para los amantes del buen comer ya seas vegetariano o no te vas a ir con una sonrisa en la boca y el paladar más que satisfecho. I wish we hadn't shared the volcano. The best rosti burger in the world! Amazing! The tartare, the croquettes and the pad Thai nice too. For dessert we share the pistachio volcano of which so many photos we saw on instagram and uuuuf.. we should not have shared it. It feels like home, the beautiful place, the guys are in every detail. a genuine review For Epicureans, who know that cuisine made with pampering and detail is a real paradise! One of the starters that everyone agrees with is precisely the famous tomato tartare, followed very closely by the Babaganoush and I will say everything else too! This is not a place where you have to choose what is "good" because you can't be disappointed! It is rather knowing how to choose between excellence and passion I've said enough! Excellent indeed At the time of writing I am still inside the restaurant and I take care to make this review. He ate very well and it seems strange that he is only 90th in Alicante. Cozy and clean.Special dishes really out of the norm...Baba Ganoush for my partner and potato sticks for me. Two tasty and original appetizers.Curry Thai for her and pumpkin cannelloni as first courses .Sapori above average. The bread then, although not of their own production, was the best I ate on this tour of Spain and also France. Kindness and family and friendly welcome. Simplicity and vegetarian flavor Really exquisite food, seasonal, very tasty, homemade, good presentation, good service, fast. A very rich dinner, with a good albariño and a delicious dessert. A new experience Such a lovely evening! The food was excellent and the local was really cosy with all the plants and a nice and calm atmosphere. we are not vegetarian, but love to try new things and we didn't miss the meat at all!
